HomeMy WebLinkAbout1957-08-27 163 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS August 27, 1957 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, August ?7, 1957 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hear- ings were declared open upon the following petitions: Thomas C. Deveau - to divide into two lots, land designated at Lot 122A, one of which would not conform in size to present zoning by-laws Paul Marashio - to •vary the Lexington Zoning By-law in order to sub- divide a part or a parcel of land fronting on North and Lowell Sta. into two lots one of which will have the required area but not the required frontage. Elizabeth and Winifred Smith - to add to the present structure thereby making the front property line a distance of 26.9 feet. Techbuilt, Inc. - to continue use of model vacation cottage without utilities or permanent foundation. Expires Feb. 21, 1958. James A. Carrig - to continue the use of temporary Real Estate office at the corner of Concord Ave. and Pleasant St. John Paratore - to build a swimming pool which will not have rear and side yards required under the Lexington Zoning By-laws. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following conclusions were reached. Thomas C. Deveau - denied Paul Marashio - granted Wilzabeth and Winifred Smith - granted Techbuilt, Inc. - granted James A. Carrig - granted, to expire July 1, 1958 John Paratore - denied Muriel C. Stone Clerk
