HomeMy WebLinkAbout1957-06-11 151 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS June 11, 1957 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, June 11, 1957 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: Charles H. S. K - to erect a two car garage at 11 Greenwood St. which will have a sideyard of 6 ft. instead of the required 10 ft. and a rear yard of 8 ft. instead of the required 15 ft. Barbara Ennis - to operate a pre-primary school for more than ten children at 311b Mass. Ave. Lloyd H. Miller - to continue operation of roadside stand at 973 Concord Turnpike for the sale of poultry, eggs, fruit and vegetables. Angelo Nardone - to continue operation of roadside stand at 851 Waltham St. for sale of vegetablesplants, eggs and fruit produced on land located near the stand in Lexington. Dr. Walter C. Boone - to maintain office for the practice of chiropody at his residence, 112 Bedford St. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following decisions were reached. Charles H. S. King - granted Barbara Ennis - denied Lloyd H. Miller - granted Angelo Nardone - granted Dr. Walter C. Boone - granted Muriel C. Stone Clerk
