A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday May 21,
1957 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m.
hearings were declared open upon the following petitions:
Charles E.'Heath - to vary the Lexington Zoning By-law in order
to erecVa ss e family dwelling at 66 Burlington St. which does not
conform to the Zoning By-law, being in the so-called Manor Section.
Carl E. Faflick - to build an addition to the existing house at
28 Moon . w5 ch will come to within 18 ft. of the street line at
Its nearest point, substantially in accordance with the plot plan sub-
mitted.
Oathet ReaM Trust - to erect a single family dwelling on parcel
"A" ale ree Lane, said parcel having an area of 27,600
sq.ft. instead of the required 30,000 sq.ft.
Alfred G. Jones - to garage a trach at 272 Concord Ave., the same
being in an R I district which allows bat one track, and to store on'
said truck for a period not to exceed 48 hours, the commodities carried
thereon.
' Lex. Medical Center Building Association - to erect a building to
be used as office or pbySiCIAM at N0.113 CiArke St. with dimensions of
approx. 110 x 45 ft. instead of with dimensions of 100 x 84 ft. for
which permission was granted, and further petitions for permission to
use said building for offices for physicians, dentists and allied pro-
fessions in the field of medicine.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following decisions were made:
Charles E. Heath - granted
Carl E. Faflick - granted
Outhet Realty Trust - granted
Alfred G. Jones - denied
Leat. Medical Center Building .Association - granted
