A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, May 7,
1957 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m.
hearings were declared open upon the following petitions:
Belford E. Cr9ss - to subdivide Lot 2 located on Winter St. by
adding an area or approx. 33,000 sq.ft. of said Lot 2 to Lot 3 numbered
148 Winter St. and to use new lot as a building lot; which subdivision
will not comply with the Zoning Bywlaw.
Dianne Estates - to make an addition to rear of existing non-con-
forming�it TL t 52 Bellflower St., also add porch at right front.
Dianne Estates - tl make an addition to rear of existing non-con-
formin_g7&W ung Z�48 Bellflower at.
Ralph W. Galen - to maintain an office for the practice of den-
tistrys ome—located at 46 Marrett Rd.
Virginia Coleman - to use the property at 6 Raymond St. as a board-
ing house for more thin four persons. The premises are now being used
as a nursing home.
' Charles H. S. King - to erect a two -car garage at 11 Greenwood St
which have a s eyard of 5 ft. instead of 10 ft. and a rear yard of
5 ft. instead of 15 ft. as required by the Zoning By-law.
Pbyllis A. Ackerman - to change the existing lot line between Lot
6 and Lot 7 a mot. and 1.10 Adams St. respectively.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following decisions were made:
Belford E. Cross - denied
Dianne Estates - granted subject to the approval of the Building
Inspector
Dianne Estates - granted subject to the approval of the Building
Inspector
Ralph W. Galen -denied
Virginia Coleman - denied
Charles H. S. King - denied
Phyllis A. Ackerman - granted
