HomeMy WebLinkAbout1956-10-16 123 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS October 16, 1956 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, October 16, 1956 at 8:00 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: Felix V. Cutler - to construct a lean-to greenhouse, 91 ' long and 8' wide, at the rear of his house at b Carley Rd., the same to be con- structed of wood and fibre glass; with the understanding that no products of this greenhouse will be sold but are for his own private use. Charles C. Flanders - to maintain an office for the practice of Dentistry at £d Hancock St. Ethel P. Koester - to maintain existing dwelling located at 16 Gleason ltd. which does not have the required set back under the Zoning By-law. William E. Fitzggerald - to have a trailer on his land, now being developed on Dewey Rd. as a temporary office-residence. Mary Perrotta - to operate a beauty parlor in her home at 203 Marrett Rd. James A. Carrig - to use approximately 40 acres of land, bounded by Pleasant St. on the east and the Cambridge-Concord Hgwy on the south for an 18-hole golf course and accessory uses as shown on plan submitted. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following decisions were reached: Felix V. Cutler - granted Charles C. Flanders - denied Ethel P. Koester - granted William E. Fitzgerald - denied Mary Perrotta - denied James A. Carrig - denied Muriel C. Stone Clerk
