At 8tO0 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitionst Frederiol J. Peterson - to erect a garage attached to his exist- ing AM Ing at 22 Prospect Hill Rd. which will have a side yard of 8 feet instead of 10 feet as required by the Zoning By-law. Josiah Willard Borden Recreation Centre Ino. - to erect a build- ing to be ased for recreationaI recreationpurposes on t so-called Aldrich property, located on Lincoln St. Bernard Goodman - to erect and maintain a tree standing sign size 6' x 41at62 ss. Ave. Casten Colonials Inc. - to subdivide lot 43 located at 20 Rill- orest, among '25 rt, to adjoiniM lot 112 and to erect a single house on said lot 112, the reftining 25 ft. of lot 43 to be added to adjacent lot. ' Joseph C. Burley - to subdivide lot A located at 2173 Mass. Ave. in rarer a separate lots for the existing non -conforming dwellings, which would not conform to the Zoning $y -lar. Sherman. B.
