A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, May 8, 1956
in the Selectnenws Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings
were declared open upon the following petitions
Vivian B. Wolfe - to operate a Nursery School on the premises at
21 Warr* t. mornings a week from 9 - 12 for not more than ten
children.
John J. Yea amdes - to erect a single family dwelling on lots 5
and 6; Mo'rsTc23,, Dmer Bd.
Everett V. Adams - to build an addition attached to existing dwell-
ing at I ons . which will have a side yard of 14 feet on the
left hand side.
Edward F. Kl.einberg - to make an addition of two bedrooms and a
porch anda garage unaerneath to the rear of his existing non -conforming
Duelling at 41 Moreland Ave.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
' Vivian B. Wolfe - granted, subject to the following conditionas
(1) that if she obtains more than five students she will employ pro-
fessional assistance; (2) that the children at all times will be super-
vised; (3) that this Permit shall expire Nsy 15, 1957.
John J. Yosgandes - granted
Everett V. Adams - granted
Edward F. Kteinberg - granted
