BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
xs! 8, 1956
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, Hey 8, 1956
in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings
were declared open upon the following petitions:
Walter C. Boone - to Iain an office for the practice of
Chiropody at his residence, 112 Bedford St.
Angelo Buse - to continue to operate roadside stand at 137 Grant
St.
Angelo Marione - to operate a rod:bide stand for the sale of vege-
tables, plants, eggs and fruit produced on land adjacent to the stand
and also produced on a small piece of land located on Grapevine Ave.
Ernest E. Outhet - to erect a single family dwelling on a lot at
201 Eaton Rd. which would have the requisite side yards but would set
back from the street only 20 ft. bat this would be to the front of the
steps leading to the house, and the body of the house would be set
back 25 feet to conform with houses further up the street.

Silvio Ponte - to erect and maintain a sign 3' x 4' as per sketch
submitted, at 110 Level/ St.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
Walter C. Boone - granted, subject to the following conditions:
(],) that every effort shall be made to have patients park cars in his
driveway and not on Bedford St.; (2) this Permit shall expire April 1,
1957; (3) that no sign will be displayed.
Angelo Mardon - granted, subject to the following conditions: (1)
that time shall to no flood lighting of the premises; (2) that suffi-
cient area for the parking of automobiles Shall be provided so that they
will not be required to park on Waltham St.; (3) that one sign may be
erected, not larger than 3' x 6'; (4) that the premises shall be kept
a neat and orderly condition at all times; (5) that thei Permit shall
