BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
January 31, 1956
A regular meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday,
January 31, 1956, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building At 8.00
p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions:
Daniel C. Yuill, D.M.D. - to convert the first floor of the
existing 2-family dwelling at 20 Muzzey St. into business offices.
Techbuilt, Inc. - to build prefabricated houses on Turning
Mill Rd. and Demar Rd., using 4 x 4 sills
William E. Fitzgerald - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot
#2 (now or formerly land of Goodfellow) located on Grove St., the frontage
being 38 30 ft.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
Daniel C Yuill, D.M.D. - granted, subject to the following con-
ditions (1) that not more than two offices shall be maintained; (2)
that the proposed partitions shall be installed in such a way as to meet
the full approval of the Building Inspector.
Techbuilt, Inc. - granted, subject to the condition that not less
than 1/2" plywood shall be used on the walls and roof sheathing, and that
the 4 x 4 sills shall apply only on houses without basement using concrete
slab floor construction.
William E. Fitzgerald - denied
