BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
September 13, 1955
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, September 13, 1955.
At $•00 p m. hearings were declared open on the following
petitions
Homer W. Bartram - to erect a 2-car garage at 9 Reed St
Donald K. Irwin'- to erect a single family dwelling on lots 15
and 16 in block 13, Dexter Rd
Gilbert Barrozo - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot 6
numbered 110 Simonds Rd. which has a frontage of 118 82 ft. instead of
the required 125 ft.
Martin J. Bellinger, M.D. - to maintain a professional office in
his home at( Patriots Drive
Raymond & Emilio DeSimone - to continue the use of the tool shed
on land located on private right of way off Webb St.
Mrs C S. Broussard - to continue to operate a Nursery School 5
days a week for children aged 2 to 5 years, from 8 a.m. to 4 30 p.m. at
21 Butler Ave.
Paul Alibrandi - to continue the operation of roadside stand at
565 Lowell St.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following decisions were made
Homer W. Bartram - granted
Donald K Irwin - granted
Gilbert Barrozo - granted, provided the requirements of the Zoning
By-law as to set back and side yards are complied with.
Martin J. Bellinger, M.D. - granted, subject to the following con-
ditions (1) No regular office hours shall be maintained; (2) no sign
shall be used except that permitted in Sec. 6 (d) of the Lexington Zoning
By-law; (3) this permit shall expire Jan 1, 1957; (4) that only occa-
sional patients and emergency cases shall be treated
Raymond & Emilio DeSimone - granted, subject to the following con-
ditions: (1) the building shall not be used for residential purposes;
(2) the use of the building shall extend only until Aug 14, 1956
Mrs C. S Broussard - granted, subject to the following conditions

(1) that not more than 10 children shall be in attendance at any one
time; (2) that one assistant shall be employed if more than 6 children
are in regular attendance; (3) that no portion of the basement shall be
used for thd children attending the school; (4) that the children shall
be properly supervised at all times; (5) that the premises shall be
kept in a neat andcaderly condition; (6) that this permit expires
August 20, 1956.
Paul Alibrandi - granted, subject to the following conditions:
(1) that this permit shall expire Sept. 1, 1956; (2) that there shall
be no floodlighting of the premises; (3) that the premises shall be kept
in a neat and orderly condition; (4) that only the products of the land
of the owner of the stand that is within the Town of Lexington shall be
sold.
