A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, April 21, 1955•
The hearings were opened at 8:00 p.m. as follows:
Felix Realty Trust - to erect a sign 13' long by 43" wide at the
LexingtoTheatre, Mass. Ave., said sign to be illuminated from
within.
A. E. Hei ton - to erect a 65' structure, approx. 10" in diameter,
for anantenna at Tucker Ave. to be used in conjunction with the busi-
ness at 7 Mass. Ave.
Robert E. Doran - to erect a greenhouse at 150 East St.
Edward Gildea - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot #14 lo-
cated on Castle Rd.—which would have a sideyard less than the 15 ft. re-
quired by the Lexington Zoning By-law.
Fred J. Gardini to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 1 and
2 located on Winter St. and a single family dwelling on Lots 3 and L
' located on Winter St. with setbacks of not less than 20 ft. provided that
side yard and rear yard requirements of the Zoning By-law are complied
with.
Willis R. Anderson - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot 24L
located on F e c er Ave. provided that the setback shall be not less than
20 ft. and side and rear yards as required by the Lexington Zoning By-law.
John F. Dowd - to add a garage to the existing dwelling at 11
Flintlock .
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
Felix Realty Trust - granted
A. E. Heighton - denied
Robert E. Doran - granted
Edward Gildea - denied
Fred J Gardini - granted
Willis R. Anderson - granted
