BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
I
December 16, 1954
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, December 16, 1954.
At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following
petitions:
Carmine Massimilla - to remove sand and gravel from land desig-
nated as part of Lot , being located at the rear of 96 Lowell St.
Eric Karlson - to subdivide Lot C, 30 York St.
Harvey W. Newgent - to maintain a real estate office in the Boston
& Maine R.R. Depot n Depot Square, subject to the following conditions:
1. That only one sign 30 x 36 shall be displayed as presently located
under the portico flat against the building. 2. This Permit to run for
one year from December 2, 1954.
William Alexson - to maintain the single family dwelling on Lot 19
8 Wyman Road, in its present location, with a.set back less than that
required by the Lexington Zoning By-law.
Church of Our Redeemer - to erect two signs each 4' x 6' on their
' property located between Meriam and Hancock Streets,

At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
Carmine Massimilla - denied
Eric Rarlson - granted
Harvey W Newgent - granted
William Alexson - granted
Church of Our Redeemer - granted
James A. Carrig - granted (Lots #1 through #8)
James A. Carrig - granted subject to the condition that there shall
be no access on to the Cambridge -Concord Highway and that this restric-
tion shall be included in any deed covering the sale of this lot. (Lots
9 through 13. `
