BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
September 23, 1954
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room; Town Office Building, Tuesday, September 23, 1954.
At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following
petitions:
Fred L. Spellenberg - to subdivide parcel of land at 494 Lowell
St.
Eston & Clara Chapman - to subdivide Lot A located at 549 Lowell
St.
James W. Lambie - to erect an addition 11' x 15' to existing
dwelling at 56 Shade7f.
E. J. Harris - to erect a single family dwelling at #5 Garfield
St.
Donald M. Guiler - to build a shed dormer at 57 Dexter Rd.
Persis L. Ballou - to maintain and operate a scheduled play group
for not more than 10c ildren at her residence 2013 Mass. Ave., said play
group to be operated in the forenoon, not more than three days a week,
subject to the condition that the children shakl be properly supervised
at all times, and that the permitted use shall expire June 191955.
Robert Wildes - to erect a single family dwelling on lots 3 and
4 Sullivan S s own on Plan of Park Heights, No. 5, Lexington, Mass.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur-
ing which the following decisions were reached:
Fred L. Spellenberg —Granted
Eston & Clara Chapman - Granted
E. J. Harris - Granted -subject to the condition that sewage
disposal shall be provided satisfactory to the Board of Health
Donald M. Guiler - Granted
Persis L• Ballou - Granted
Robert Wildes - Granted
