HomeMy WebLinkAbout1954-09-09 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS September 9, 1991" A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, September 9, 190 At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: Raymond & Emilio DeSimone - to continue the use of toolshed on land located on private right of way off Webb St. Lexington Mary E. Dacey - to continue operation of Kindergarten for child- ren of pre-school age, at 545 Bedford St., Lexington. Pearl Verdone - to subdivide Lot "En located on Deming Rd. William H. Sullivan - to erect single family dwellings on Lots 8 and 9, being numbered o, and 87 Winter St., Lexington. Nellie M. Norris - to erect a toolhouse on Lot 151 - First St. Six Moon Hill, Inc. - to maintain a cooperative swimming pool located at #211 Moon Hill Rd Frank A. Napoli - to operate the existing roadside stand situated on Marrett Rd. for the select products of the land of the owner that is within the Town of Lexington. Mass. Institute of Technology - to erect a 90 foot steel tower located at the M.I T. Field Station, 238 Wood St. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur- ing which the following decisions were reached. Raymond & Emilio DeSimone - Granted Mary E. Dacey - Granted-subject to the following conditions 1. That mot more than 10 children shall be in attendance at any one time; 2. That this permit shall expire August 20, 1955. Pearl Verdone - Denied William H. Sullivan - Denied Nellie M. Norris - Granted Six Moon Hill, Inc - Granted Frank A. Napoli - Granted Mass. Institute of Technology - Granted-subject to the condition that this permit shall expire, and the tower shall be removed, not later than October 1.,. 1957. ' ` Muriel C. Stone, Clerk
