HomeMy WebLinkAbout1954-07-15 3 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS July 15, 1954 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, July 15, 1954 At 8.00 p m. hearings were declared open upon the following pe- titions: John Brucchi - to operate a riding school at 63 Paul Revere Rd. Charles S Tuck - to erect a double faced sign aoprox. 11' x 4' on the porch roor or the building located at 442 Marrett Rd Melkon M. Samoorian - to subdivide Lot D located at 365 Waltham St. David J. Harrigan - to build an extension of approximately 4 ft on to existing garage at 194 Marrett Rd. which will be 7-1/2 ft from the side line. John D. Kennedy - to erect a single family dwelling at 485 Concord Ave. on Lot A 1, which does not have the required frontage Charles H. Murray - to erect a single family dwelling on lots 42 and 43, numbered 104 Winter St., which does not comply with the Zoning By- Law. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following decisions were reached. John Brucchi - Denied Charles S. Tuck - Granted Melkon M. Samoorian - Granted Davis J. Harrigan - Granted John D. Kennedy - Granted Charles H. Murray - Granted Muriel C. Stone, Clerk
