HomeMy WebLinkAbout1954-05-27 295 II/ BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS May 27, 1954 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on May 27, 1954. At 8 00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following peti- tions Philip Silva - to erect a two-car garage of cement block construc- tion at ( Fern St. located within two feet of the house John C Nygard - to erect a single family dwelling at 59 Outlook Dr. with side yards of 10 ft. instead of the 12 ft required under the Zoning By-law. Jules H. Demyttenaere - to maintain dwelling at 3 Constitution Rd. as it is now located on the lot. Frederick J. Hopwood - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot G, 61 Williams Rd. which would not have the required area Lexington Sand and Gravel - to remove sand and gravel from portions 111 of its parcel of land which is bounded by Bedford St., Hinchey Rd., Westview St and by land of Charles A. Linehan and by lands of other owners, all as shown on plot plan submitted Charles A. Linehan - to remove loam, sand and gravel from the ridge now existing along the common boundary between his parcel of land situated on Westview St and the adjoining land of the Lexington Sand and Gravel Co. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following decisions were reached: Philip Silva - Granted John C. Nygard - Granted Jules H. Demyttenaere - Granted Frederick J. Hopwood - Granted Lexington Sand & Gravel Co. - Granted with conditions and limitations Charles A. Linehan - Granted with conditions and limitations Muriel C.
