HomeMy WebLinkAbout1954-05-06 2 9, BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS 111 MAY 6, 1954 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on May 6, 1954. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following peti- tionss Barbara Anderson - to erect a single family dwelling on Woodberry Rd (so-caned) substantially in accordance with the plot plan submitted. Emile Saulnier - to erect a single family dwelling and garage on lot 125 Liberty Ave. which would not have the required frontage and side yards. Louis V. Gomes - to erect a single family dwelling at 19 Chadbourne Rd. Patricia Dow - to erect an addition 12' x 8' to existing dwelling at 71 No.Hancock St. which will be set back 23 ft from No. Hancock St. and 17 ft. from Braemore Terrace. Henry J. Travers - to build a greenhouse 20' x 50' and a conservatory 15' x 30' attached to existing shop and garage located at 40 Earle St. Albert E. McClellan Jr. - to erect a tool house 6' x 16' at 375 Wo- burn St which would come to within 13 ft. of the lot line. Clifton W.Kellopq - to build an addition to garage at 163 Grove St. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the following decisions were reached: Barbara Anderson - Granted Emile Saulrlier - Denied Louis V.
