HomeMy WebLinkAbout1954-01-14271 I BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS January 14, 1954 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on January 14, 1954. Chairman Locke, Messrs. Ballard, Ripley, Lynah and Redman were present. The Clerk was also present. At $:00 p.m. hearing was declared upon upon the following pe- titions: Morris Berman - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot 39, Hibbert St.,, using fhe existing foundation. Plot plan submitted showed that the corner of the building nearest Hibbert St. would be set back 7'4" and 19.05 from Woodbury St. Philip A. D'Errico - to erect a service building and greenhouse at 213 Camber -Concord Higtway. Paul L. Tocci - to subdivide Lot #196 on Grassland and Payson Sts. into two -Tots. Angelo Martinelli - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot F, #59 WilliamsRd., substantially in accordance with plot plan submitted. Frank Silva - to erect a single family dwelling at #11 Ledgelawn Ave. situated 19 ft. om the street and one foot from the easement across the back of his lot. P. A. DelVecchio - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot 133, 17 Eldred St. which ecause of the location of an outside chimney will have a side yard of 8'3". George H. Parker, Jr. - to maintain dwelling at 58 Cliffe Ave. as presently ocate . At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the following decisions were reached: Morris Berman - Granted Philip A. D'Errico - Denied Paul L. Tocci -Denied Angelo Martinelli - Granted Frank Silva - Granted P. A. DelVecchio - Granted George H. Parker, Jr. - Granted Muriel C. Stone, Clerk
