etropolitan Equipment & Service Co. - to operate the business of a
General Contractor on the premises coca ed at 169-173 Bedford St., Lexing-
ton.
George L. Barnes - to subdivide 2318 Mass. Ave., Lexington, in accord-
ance with lot plan submitted.
Wilda M. Ward - to continue the operation of the Nursery School at
233 East St.
Following the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the
following decisions were made:
Metropolitan Equipment & Service Co. - granted, subject to the follow-
ing conditions: 1. That repairing of the equipment shall be performed with
a minimum of noise and so as not to create a nuisance in the neighborhood;
2. That no equipment shall be stored outside the building and that such
forms and material incident to the operation of the business shall be stored
only at the rear of the building; 3. That the premises shall be maintained
in a neat and orderly condition at all times.
