James A. Carrig - continue the use of the temporary Real Estate
Office at the corner of Concord Ave. and Pleasant St.
Charles Chicarello - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 129,
130 and 3 be g 3 Taft Ave.
James B. Catalano - to continue the operation of retail business of
selling p ants overs growing on the premises at 643 Waltham St.
Peter P. Brusie - to continue the utility house at 359 Lowell St.
Following the parings the following decisions were reached during
an Executive Session:
Thomas Moon - granted
James A. Carrig - granted subject to the condition that the permit
shall expire on Jan. 17, 1954
Charles Chicarello - granted
James B. Catalano - granted subject to the following conditions: 1.
automobiles shall be parked on the premises and not on the highway; 2.
This Permit shall expire Jan. 5, 1954
Peter P. Brusie - granted, subject to the following conditions: 1.
That the building be relocated to conform to the dimensions give. on the
plot plan; 2. That the premises be kept in a neat and orderly condition;
3. That the permitted use shall expire on January 17, 1954.
