BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
August 28, 1952
The Lexington Board of Appeals held public hearings on August 28,
1952 on the following petitions:
John A. Marsh - to erect a two-car garage at 16 Williams Road,pro-
vided that a side yard of not less than 7' between the garage and Harding
Rd be maintained.
Margaret R. Porter - to operate a nursery school in the basement of
the residence at 23 Farmcrest Ave. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays of
each week during the normal school year, from 9 a.m. to noon, for not
more than 8 children aged 3 and u years
John Anderson - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot B, 220
Massachusetts Ave.
At the close of the hearings the Board met in Executive Session dur-
ing which the following decisions were reached:
John A. Marsh - granted
Margaret R. Porter - granted
John Anderson - granted
