HomeMy WebLinkAbout1952-08-14BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS I August 14, 1952 The Lexington Board of Appeals held public hearings on August 14, 1952 on the following petitions: Raymond and Emilio DeSimone - to erect a tool shed, not larger than 15 ft. by 15 ft., with a setback of not less than 40 feet from existing rights of way, and provided that other side and rear yard requirements of the Lexington Zoning By -Law are complied with. Also subject to the fut- ther condition that the building shall not be used for residential pur- poses, andthat permission to use the building shall extend only until August 14, 1953. Said tool shed to be located on Lot B-1 on private right of way, off Webb Street. Frederic K. Johnson - to erect a building of second class construc- tion, located on Be o St. on property adjacent to the existing garage owned by Frederic K. Johnson, in accordance with plot plan submitted. Maxine F. Warnecke - to erect a two -car garage at 36 Bertwell Rd. Leeland McConchie - to erect and occupy a building, as a contractor at 6 CameTa ace, subject to the condition that only such work as will use hand tools, and small electrically operated hand tools, may be per- formed on the premises. At .the close of the hearings the Board held an Executive Session during which the following decisions were reached: Raymond and Emilio DeSimone - granted Frederic K. Johnson - granted Maxine F.
