HomeMy WebLinkAbout1952-07-31 185 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS IIIJuly 31, 1952 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Lexington on July 31, 1952. Chairman Locke, Messrs. Ripley, Ballard, Redman, and Emery were present The clerk was also present. Petitions were heard as follows August Schumacher - remove gravel from the area located at the junction of the Lexington, Lincoln and Bedford boundaries, adjacent to the Bedford Airport and Airport road as per map submitted. John C. Gillon - to operate an auto tune-up and minor repair shop in a two-ear garage at the rear of 363 Mass. Ave., subject to the following con- ditions 1 That no assistants be employed; 2. That there shall be no sales of automobile accessories; 3. That the work shall be performed only between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 8 00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8 00 p.m.; 4. That the permit shall expire August 1, 1958. Alvara Rodrigues - to erect an addition 12' x 16' to existing tool shed on Lot 115-A, 214 Eldred St. Anna L. Lidberg - to erect a single family dwelling and garage on Lot #1 located at 56 Adams St. Joseph Savet - to erect a single family dwelling and garage on Lot #10 Section 3, 337 Woburn St Elizabeth W. Daniels - to enlarge the present porch at 7 Winthrop Rd. Merton S. Barrows - to add a porch to the existing residence at 35 Wood- land Rd. At dhe close of the hearings the Board held an Executive Session at which the following decisions were made August Schumacher - denied John C. Gillon - granted Alvaro Rodrigues - denied Anna L. Lidberg - granted Juseph Savet - granted July Elizabeth W. Daniels - granted Merton S. Barrows - granted Muriel C. Stone, Clerk
