HomeMy WebLinkAbout1952-07-10 18:3 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS July 10, 1952 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on July 10, 1952. Present were Chairman Locke, Messrs. Ripley, Ballard, Redman, and Emery. The clerk was also present. Petitions were heard as follows Fred E. Hersom, Jr. to erect a single family dwelling on Lot Nos. 1 and 2 in Block 16 Preston Rd. Fred E Hersom, Jr. to erect a single family dwelling on Lot Nos. 41, 42, 43, and 44 in Block 9, Blake Rd. John J. Yosgandes - to erect a single family dwelling at 11 Carbine Ave in accordance with plan submitted. James P. Cassini - to convert the single family dwelling at 342 Bedford St. into a two-family dwelling. Countryside, Inc. - to erect a concrete block and brick veneer build- ing for a lunch room and sale of groceries. ' Albert L. Goldman - t o erect a two-family dwelling at 87 Pleasant St. subject to the c dition that the kitchen facilities be removed when the parents of the petitioner had no longer use of the kitchen facilities, and that the two family use shall cease when the property is no longer owned and occupied by Albert L. Goldman. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held and the following decisions reached. Fred E. Hersom, Jr. - granted Fred E. Hersom, Jr - granted John J.
