HomeMy WebLinkAbout1952-06-12 19 III BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS June 12, 1952 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on June 19, 1952 Messrs. Locke, Lynah, Ripley, Ballard, and Worthen were present. The clerk was also present. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were opened on the following petitions: Frank A. Napoli - to operate the existing roadside stand situated on Marrett Rd. until June 1, 1953 for the sale of only prod- ucts of the land of the owner of the stand that is within the Town of Lexington. Kenneth M. Cox - to erect a single family dwelling at #36 North St. which will be set back 24,61, from North St. Kenneth N. Ernst - to subdivide Lot F, Moreland Ave. in accordance with plot plan submitted. Dr. Walter C. Boone - to maintain an office for the practice of chiropody at his residence at #112 Bedford St. Doris I. Allen - to subdivide Lot A at #17, 19, 21 North St. in accordance with the plot plan submitted. Charles E. Heath - to attach a porch 12, x 16, to the existing dwelling at #70 Burlington St. in accordance with the plot plan submitted. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the following decision were made Frank A. Napoli - granted Kenneth M. Cox - granted Kenneth N. Ernst - granted Dr. Walter C. Boone - denied Doris I. Allen - granted Charles E Heath - granted Muriel C. Stone, Clerk
