BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
June 5, 1952
The Lexington Board of Appeals held public hearings on the fol-
lowing petitions on Tuesday, June 5, 1952.
Leeland Construction Co. - to combine Lot 1 and Lot #176
Ledgelawn Ave. for the purpose of erecting a single family dwelling on
same.
Edward A. Cuetara - to erect a single family dwelling and garage
subject to the condition that plywood be used between the plank floor-
ing and the cork tile, and the exterior walls be constructed of 3/8 Weltex.
Albert C. Brun - to erect a single family dwelling and garage on Lot #36
Richard Road, with a setback of 25 ft.
Albert W. Wills - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 33, 34
and part of 35 in Block 11 Nowers Road
James A. Carrig - to make an addition 12 ft. x 2L ft. to the rear
of the present temporary building at the corner of Concord Ave. and
Pleasant St., subject to the condition that the word "Office" shall not
be painted on the back of the building, and that the use of the entire
building shall cease on January 17, 1953.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held and the
following decisions reached:
Leeland Construction Co. - granted
Edward A. Cuetara - granted
Albert W. Wills - granted
- Albert C. Brun - granted
James A. Carrig - granted
