A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the
Selectmen's Room, Town office Building, Lexington, May 9, 1952.
Messrs. Lynah, Redman, Ripley, Ballard and Emery were present.
The clerk was also present. Mr. Lynah took the chair.
At 8;00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following
petitions:
William H. Sullivan for permission to erect a single family
dwelling and garage on lots Nos. 22 and 23 in Block 5, Harding Rd.
in accordance with plot plan submitted.
Roland Hersom for permission to erect a single family dwelling
on Lots Nos. Tain-d 37 in Block 20, located at 64 Bertwell Road.
Edward G. Dattoli for permission to change the single family
dwelling atlbemar a Avenue into a two-family dwelling.
At the close of the hearings the Board went into executive
session at which the following decisions were made:
' William H. Sullivan - granted
Roland Hersom - denied
Edward G. Dattoli - denied
Muriel C. Stone, Clerk
