HomeMy WebLinkAbout1952-03-07 173 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS March 7, 1952 Public hearings were held on March 7, 1952 on the following petitions: John P. Buckley - permission to erect a single family dwell- ing on Lot 5, 79 Lowell St. C. Courtney Comeau - permission to erect a single family dwell- ing with garage underneath, on Lots 24, 25 and 26 in Block 23 Bert- well Rd. Mabel S. Lanman - permission to substitute laminated girders in the building being constructed at 9214-926 Massachusetts Ave.,provided that 1 x 8 fir board extending the entire length of each side of the laminated girders be spiked to the girder, in a manner satisfactory to the Building Inspector, and that the 8x8 laminated girder be covered with wire lath and plaster. Fulton Brown - permission to erect a display room, office and storage building attached to the present building located at 7-9 Muzzey St. Frank Grazulis - permission to erect a single family dwelling on lots 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 in Block 17, Reed St., known as the "Gunnison Home," in accordance with the plans submitted and subject to the following conditions 1. That the ceiling be wire lathed and plastered as called for in the Lexington Building By-law. 2. That the basement ceiling be wire lathed and plastered 3 That the foundation walls meet the requirements of the Lexington Building By-law. Following the hearings the Board met in Executive Session during which the following decisions were made John P. Buckley - denied C. Courteney Comeau - granted Mable S. Lanman - granted Fulton Brown - denied Frank Grazulis - granted Muriel C. Stone, Clerk
