BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
February 14, 1952
Public Hearings were held on February Th, 1952 on the following
petitions:
MacLand Inc., permission to erect a single family dwelling on
Lots #tits and d9 Homestead St.
William F. Meyer,Jr. - permission to erect a porch addition to
existing dwelling at 324 Concord Ave. which will be set back 29 feet
from Concord Ave.
Ernest E. MacPhee - permission to subdivide the lot located at
#16 Kimball Rd. as laid out on plot plan submitted, and to erect a
single family dwelling by remodeling the existing barn on its present
foundation.
John Bieren - permission to subdivide lot B located at 324 Bed-
ford St. for the purpose of establishing a 36 foot right-of-way for
access to lot C in rear, and erect a single family dwelling on said
Lot C.
III Edwin B. Worthen, Jr. - permission to erect a single car garage
at #35 Dexter Rd. in accordance with plot plan submitted
Following the hearings an Executive Session was held during which
the following decisions were reached.
MacLand, Inc. - granted
William F. Meyer, hr. - granted
Ernest E. MacPhee - granted.
John Bieren - denied
Edwin B. Worthen, Jr. - granted
Muriel C. Stone, Clerk
