BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
January 25, 1952
Public hearings were held on January 25, 1952 on petitions of
the following:
Robert T. Sanford Jr. - permissim to erect a single car garage
and breezeway at #67 North St. in accordance with plot plan submitted.
James B. Catalano - permission to carry on retail business of selling
plants and flowers growing on the premises at 613 Waltham St.
Annie L. MacDougall - permission to erect a single family dwelling
with the privilege ol=ing not more than four roomers, on lots 12 and
13, block 5 Harding Road.
Howard A. Smith, D.A.M. - permission to establish a veterinary
clinic and hospJM for the care and treatment of animals at A7 Waltham
St.
Following the hearings an Executive Session was held during which
the following decisions were made:
Robert T. Sanford - granted.
James B. Catalano - granted
Annie L MacDougall - granted
Howard A. Smith - denied
Muriel C. Stone, Clerk
