HomeMy WebLinkAbout1951-11-19445 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS ' November 29, 1951 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building,on Tuesday, November 29, 1951. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: Martha & Carl Petterson - to erect a single car garage on Lot D, Hill St. Richard Dreselly - to erect an attached garage to the dwelling at No. 62 Simonds Rd. Shell Oil Co. - to erect pole hanging signs at the Filling Station located at 1095 Mass. Ave. Ernest DeVincent - to continue the operation of the roadside stand at the corner of Pleasant St. and Concord Turnpike, Lexington Annie L. MacDougall - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 12 and 13 Harding Road which does not conform to the Lexington Zoning By-law. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following decisions were reached: Martha & Carl Petterson - granted Richard Dreselly - granted Shell Oil Company - denied Ernest DeVincent - granted, subject to the conditions as set forth in the Permit Order Annie L.
