October 25, 1951
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, October 25, 1951. At 8:00
p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions:
Alfred J. Braccini - to erect a one -car addition to the present
garage at 19 Garfield St.
Wilson Brothers - to operate a roadside stand adjacent to No. 6
Pleasant'St.
Edwin S. Johnston - to erect a single family dwelling on lots
Nos. 1, 2 and 3 in Block 26 Preston Rd.
William H. Sullivan - to erect a single family dwelling on lots
17, 18 and 19 in Block 23 Dexter Rd.
William H. Sullivan - to erect a single family dwelling on part
of lot 30, lots 31 and 32 in Block 20 Bertwell Rd.
Wollrath & Sons, Inc. - to subdivide parcel of land numbered 62
Reed St. in accordance with plot plan submitted.
' Wilda M. Ward - to continue the operation of the Nursery School
at 233 East St.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held
during which the following decisions were reached:
Alfred J. Braccini - granted
Wilson Brothers - granted, subject to the conditions as set forth
in the Permit Order.
Edwin S. Johnston - granted
William H. Sullivan - granted
William H. Sullivan - granted
Wollrath & Sons, Inc. - granted, subject to the condition that
the area designated as Lot "C" shall have right to access to Reed St.
over the area marked Lot "A".
Wilda M. Ward - granted, subject to the conditions as set forth
in the Permit Order.
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file in each individual folder.
