HomeMy WebLinkAbout1951-10-18 4:9 BOARD OF APEEALS HEARINGS October 18, 1951 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, October 18, 1951 At 8 00 p.m hearings were declared open upon the following petitions Parker E Hallett - to erect a single family dwelling on a portion of lots 44, 45, and 46 Gleason Rd Michael F Shea - to subdivide lots 19 and 20 Westminster Ave in accordance with plot plan submitted Norman H Royle - to build one additional room between the present house and garage at 152 Simonds Rd K J Lowry - to erect a double-faced projecting sign at 286 Lincoln St Albert F Douglass - to continue the use of the building located at the rear of No 5 Muzzey St for the purpose of preparing fluids for hospital uses and other uses, for a period of one year to date John Brucchi - to remove loam and subsoil at 63 Paul Revere Rd At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following decisions were reached Parker E Hallett - granted Norman H Royle - granted K J Lowry - denied Albert F Douglass - granted subject to the condition that the premises would be always kept in a neat and orderly condition, and that there would be no noise or obnoxious odors John Brucchi - denied All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file in each individual folder Muriel C Stone Clerk
