HomeMy WebLinkAbout1951-10-18BOARD OF APEEALS HEARINGS I October 18, 1951 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, October 18, 1951. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: Parker E. Hallett - to erect a single family dwelling on a portion of lots 44, 45, and 46 Gleason Rd. Michael F. Shea - to subdivide lots 19 and 20 Westminster Ave. in accordance with plot plan submitted. Norman H. Royle - to build one additional room between the present house and garage at 152 Simonds Rd. K. J. Lowry - to erect a double-faced projecting sign at 286 Lincoln St. Albert F. Douglass - to continue the use of the building located at the rear of No. 5 Muzzey St. for the purpose of preparing fluids for hospital uses and other uses, for a period of one year to date. John Brucchi - to remove loam and subsoil at 63 Paul Revere Rd. ' At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following decisions were reached: Parker E. Hallett - granted -*7 -_v- 7 - d. Norman H. Royle - granted K. J. Lowry - denied Albert F. Douglass - granted.subject to the condition that the premises would be always kept in a neat and orderly condition, and that there would be no noise or obnoxious odors.
