Home My WebLink About1951-09-27 437 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS September 27, 1951 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, September 27, 1951 At 8 00 p m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions Marie C Maguire - to erect a single family dwelling at No 242 Wood St in accordance with plot plan submitted Daniel E Davis - to erect an addition to the present garage at 8 Plainfield St in accordance with plans submitted Joseph S Marshall - to erect a porch on front of building at 67 Woburn St in accordance with plot plan submitted James P Leavitt - to erect a single family dwelling at 221 Woburn St in accordance with plot plan submitted Carl R Benton - to erect a single family dwelling in accordance with plans submitted, to be used as a veterinarian's professional office and facilities thereto on land located at Mass Ave and Bed- ford Airport Rd At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following decisions were reached Marie C Maguire - granted Daniel E Davis - granted Joseph S Marshall - granted James P Leavitt - granted Carl R Benton - granted All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file in each individual folder Muriel C Stone Clerk
