ISeptember 13, 1951
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, September 13, 1951. At
8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions:
Dr. William Barnes - for permission to maintain office for the
practice of medicine at 1963 Massachusetts Ave.
Joseph E. Casey - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot No.
1 Valley Rd.
Joseph Silva - to erect a single family dwelling on land which
will not have a frontage on a street
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held
during which the following decisions were reached:
Dr. William Barnes - granted
Joseph E. Casey - granted
Joseph Silva - denied
All pertinent material with regard to the ab ove petitions is on
' file in each individual folder.
