BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
July 26, 1951
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, July 26, 1951 At 8 00 p m.
hearings were declared open upon the following petitions
Harold Michelson - to erect a screened porch 10' x 18' attached
to the present garage at 30 Harding Road
Jan Leyenaar - to build an extension to present greenhouse at
30 Moreland Axe in accordance with plot plan submitted
Donald G Crowell - to construct a mezzanine floor within the
present building at 177 Bedford Stl with a floor load capacity which
does not comply with the Lexington Building By-laws
Francis L Benoit - to erect a single family dwelling on lot
No 10 Morris St
Henry J Travers - to convert a brooder house into a garage on
Lot No 16 Earle St which will not have the required set back under
the Lexington Zoning By-law
Anthony J Frasca - to remove gravel bank, covering one acre more
or less, located at No 987 Waltham St and dispose of the soil, return-
ing topsoil to said area
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held
during wheit which the following decisions were reached
Harold Michelson - granted
Jan Leyenaar - granted
Donald G Crowell - denied
Francis L Benoit - granted
Henry J Travers - granted providing the building complies with
the Lexington Building By-laws
Anthony J Frasca - denied
All pertinent material with regard to theahove petitions is on
file in each individual folder
