HomeMy WebLinkAbout1951-07-12425 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS I July 12, 1951 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, July 12, 1951. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: Eleanor H. Sullivan - to erect a single family house on Lot Nos. 294, 295 and 296 Baker Ave. in accordance with plot plan submitted. Rrancis G. Campisi - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots Nos. 227 to 230 Chase Ave, in accordance with plot plan submitted. Dr. Mary E. Perry - to maintain an office for the practice of medicine at 107 Waltham St. Architects Collaborative - to use the so-called platform framing on houses to be erected at Five Fields (off Concord Avenue) on Lots Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 31, 33, 34, 35, 37, 38, 44, 45, 46, 48, 50 and 51. Elbert A. Fisher - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots No.s 58 and 59 Rangeway Rd. which will be set back approx. 14 ft. from the street line. ' Anthony J. Ruggiero - to erect one (4) four -compartment steel bin with weighing scales for batdhing sand and gravel at rear of Hinchey Road on leased land of Lexington Sand and Gravel Co., adjacent to the Boston & M aine Railroad tracks James L. Grant - to erect a single car garage on Lot Nos. 13 and 14, Block 20, Dexter Road: At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following decisions were reached: Eleanor H. Sullivan - granted Francis G. Campisi - granted Dr. Mary E. Perry - granted Architects Collaborative - granted Albert A. Fisher - granted Anthony J. Ruggiero - denied James L.
