HomeMy WebLinkAbout1951-06-07BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS I June 7, 1951 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, June 7, 1951. At.8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: Lillian S. Pickering - to erect a side entrance at 3 Patriots Drive in accordance with the plot plan submitted. John P. Puopolo - to erect a single family dwelling on lots 21 and 22, Block 2 Harding Road in accordance with the plot plan sub- mitted. John E. Powers - to erect a breezeway and garage attached to the existing dwelling at 354 Bedford St. Howard F. Hamacher - to construct an addition to the dwelling at 104 Follen Rd. which will be set back not less than 25 feet from the street line. James Harrison - to erect a single family dwelling on lot 21 Hillcrest St. which will be set back not less than 20 feet from the street line. ' Joseph Monsigniore - to operate a meat and grocery store at 76 Laconia St. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following decisions were reached: Lillian S. Pickering - granted John P. Puo olo - ranted anted Howard F.
