HomeMy WebLinkAbout1951-05-04BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS IMay 4, 1951 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, May 4, 1951. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: Nicholas DeBonis - to erect a single family dwelling on unnumbered lot on Winning Farm Lane. Donald B. Banks - to build an addition to dwelling at 16 Brandon Street. Howard Hamacher - to build an addition to existing dwelling at 104 Follen Road Leeland H. Emery - to erect a garage at 6 Oakland St. Jane H. Cuzner - to continue to operate a Nursery Kindergarten School, and to also operate a summer playschool at 173 Marrett Rd. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following decisions were reached: Nicholas DeBonis - appeal withdrawn Donald B. Banks - granted Howard Hamacher - denied Leland H. Emery - granted Jane H. Cuzner - denied All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file in each individual folder.
