HomeMy WebLinkAbout1951-04-261 1 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS April 26, 1951 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, April 26,'1951. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: Robert L. Innis - to erect two signs on the roof of the garage building at 9 Grant St., Lexington Daniel P. O'Connor - to build an addition 27'6" x 22' to the dwelling on lot No. 3, 49 Cedar St., Lexington Nicholas DeBonis - to erect a 2 -car garage and porch connected to existing dwelling on lots 8, 9 and 10, Blocks 3, No.76 Harding Rd. Schoo.l Committee: - to erect a High School, with changes as indicated on Plans Nos. 3, 4 and 6. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following decisions were reached: Robert L. Innis — denied Daniel P. O'Connor - granted Nicholas DeBonis - granted School Committee - granted, subject to the condition that final plans submitted shall be subject to the approval of the Department of Public Safety.
