BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
April 26, 1951
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, April 26,'1951. At 8:00 p.m.
hearings were declared open upon the following petitions:
Robert L. Innis - to erect two signs on the roof of the
garage building at 9 Grant St., Lexington
Daniel P. O'Connor - to build an addition 27'6" x 22' to the
dwelling on lot No. 3, 49 Cedar St., Lexington
Nicholas DeBonis - to erect a 2 -car garage and porch connected
to existing dwelling on lots 8, 9 and 10, Blocks 3, No.76 Harding Rd.
Schoo.l Committee: - to erect a High School, with changes as
indicated on Plans Nos. 3, 4 and 6.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held
during which the following decisions were reached:
Robert L. Innis — denied
Daniel P. O'Connor - granted
Nicholas DeBonis - granted
School Committee - granted, subject to the condition that final
plans submitted shall be subject to the approval of the Department of
Public Safety.
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file in each individual folder.
