BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS.
April 13, 1951
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, April 13, 1951 At 8 00 p m.
hearings were declared open upon the following petitions
Pleasant Associates - to level to grade of surrounding land,
hills on property known as The Wheeler Estate and to remove any excess
dirt, gravel, stone, earth or other material
John Mancuso - to remove gravel bank located at 87 and 871-1/2
Cary Avenue
Anthony R Cataldo - to use the existing building at 703 Massa-
chusetts Avenue for the processing, warehousing and selling of fresh
fruit and vegetables
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held
during which the following decisions were reached
Pleasant Associates - denied
John Mancuso - granted subject to the following conditions
(1) No loam shall be removed from the premises; (2) all boulders shall be
removed; (3) all existing loam shall be spread uniformly over the ex-
cavated area; (4) that the excavating and grading shall be completed
within a period of thirty days
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file in each individual folder
