A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's'.
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, March 29, 1951. At 8:00 p.m
hearings were declared open upon the following petitions:
John Alden Clark - to erect a single -car attached garage at
114 Cedar Street the front corner of which would be located 19 feet
from Balfour St.
James A. Carrig - to subdivide lot 29.Concord Avenue into twoi
lots.
Lloyd H. Miller - to maintain the roadside stand at No.973 Con-
cord Turnpike for the purpose of selling poultry, eggs, fruit and

vegetables, s_4._
Richard J. Dennis - to erect a single-family dwelling, and
also a two -car garage to be entered from Harding Road.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held
during which the following decisions were reached:
John Alden Clark - granted
James A. Carrig - denied
Lloyd H. Miller - granted, subject to the following conditions:
(1) that only poultry, eggs and products grown on the premises shall]
be sold; (2) that the premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly '.
condition; (3) that there shall be no flood lighting of the premiseq;
(4) that the total area of signs employed shall not be greater than
20 sq.ft.; (5) provision shall be made on the premises for the parking
of automobiles; (6) that the permit shall expire April 1, 1952.
Richard J. Dennis - granted
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file in each individual folder.
