HomeMy WebLinkAbout1951-03-151 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS March 15, 1951 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen'$ Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday March 15, 1951. At 8:00 p.mi hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: Malcolm Hodge - to erect a single family dwelling on lots 3�2 and 353 Taft Avenue, Lexington. Quentin M. Maver - To erect a single-family dwelling on lots; 21 and 22 in Block 24, Eaton Road, Lexington Church of Our Redeemer - to build an addition to the present' building, in accordance with plans submitted. Willard P. Grush'- to erect a 2 -car garage at 32 Colony Roadb Lexington that would be set back not less than 7 ft. 6 ins. from the southerly lot line. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following decisions were reached: ' Malcolm Hodge - granted Quentin M. Maver - granted Church of Our Redeemer - denied Willard P. Grush - granted All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file in each individual folder. Muriel Stone, Clerk
