March 2, 1951
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's;
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, March 2, 1951. At 8:00 p.m.!,
hearings were declared open upon the following petitions:
James B. Catalano - to carry on the retail business of selling
flowers and plants growing on the premises at 643 Waltham Street, Le*-
ington.
Muriel Stone - to erect a single-family dwelling and garage
on 6 Larchmont Lane, Lexington.
F. C. Henriques - to substitute asbestos flexboard for wire
lath and plaster in the basement of residence being constructed at 1$
Moon Hill Road, Lexington.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held d4-
ing which the following decisions were reached:
James B. Catalano - granted subject to the following conditiotis:
' (1) that automobiles of the customers shall be parked on the premised
and not on the highway; (2) that this Permit shall expire January 5,11952.
Muriel Stone - granted
F. C. Henriques - denied
