BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
March 2, 1951
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, March 2, 1951 At 8 00 p m
hearings were declared open upon the following petitions
James B Catalano - to carry on the retail business of selling
flowers and plants growing on the premises at 643 Waltham Street, LeX-
ington
Muriel Stone - to erect a single-family dwelling and garage
on 6 Larchmont Lane, Lexington
F C Henriques - to substitute asbestos flexboard for wire
lath and plaster in the basement of residence being constructed at 1$
Moon Hill Road, Lexington
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dub-
ing which the following decisions were reached
James B Catalano - granted subject to the following conditions
(1) that automobiles of the customers shall be parked on the premise$
and not on the highway; (2) that this Permit shall expire January 5,01952
Muriel Stone - granted
F C Henriques - denied
