November 30,1950
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, November 30, 1950. At 8100
p.m. bearings were declared open upon the following petitions:
James W. Coveney - to erect a single family dwelling on lot 60
Revolutionary Rd. using the so-called box frame construction which
would be standard construction of the Northern Homes, Inc. of Glens
Falls, N.Y.
Dr. L. H. Andreson - to erect a 2-car garage on lot 67 Buckman i
Dr. which would have a 15' setback from the side line.
Louise Landy - to operate a Nursery School in her own home at
28 Hudson Road for six children, between the ages of 3 and 5. The
' school would be operated from 9 to 12 noon, five days a week.

Warren Carver - to erect a single family dwelling on lot 3
North St. in accordance with plan submitted, which will not have the
side yard required by the Lexington Zoning By-law.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur-
ing which the following decisions were made:
James W. Coveney - granted subject to the condition that in all
other respects the construction would meet the requirements of the
Lexington Building By-law.
Dr. L. H. Andreson - granted
Louise Landy - granted subject to the following conditions:
1) that the children would be properly supervised at all times. 2)
that this permit shall expire on July 1, 1952. 3) that any permits
necessary shall be secured from the proper department of the Common-
wealth of Massachusetts. !:) that any play area shall be enclosed.
