HomeMy WebLinkAbout1950-11-16 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS November 16, 1950 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectments Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, November 16, 1950. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions Camillo Apollonio - to erect 2 greenhouses, one on lot 146 and one on lot 4( Kendall Rd. Albert E. Gilman - to erect a single family dwelling on lot 41. Wilson Rd. using the so-called box frame construction. Paul Alibrandi - to erect a single family dwelling, using the so-called box frame construction, on Lot C 1, 565 Lowell St. Russell D. Hulbert - to erect a single family dwelling, using the box frame construction, on lot 10 Burlington St. William T. Gill - to erect a single family dwelling on lot 110-G Fair Oaks Terrace, the frontage of which would not comply with the Lex- ington Zoning By-law. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dun*, ing which the following conclusions were reached. Camillo Apollonio - granted Albert E. Gilman - granted with the condition that in all other respects the construction would conform to the requirements of the Lexington Building By-law Paul Alibrandi - granted, subject to the condition that in all other respects the building will conform to the requirements of the Lexington Building Bylaw. Russell D Hulbert - granted subject to the condition that in all other respects the construction would conform to the requirements of the Lexington Building By-law. William T. Gill - granted Muriel C. Stone, Clerk
