October 26, 1950
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, October 26, 1950. At 8:00 p.1n
hearings were declared open upon the following petitions:
Dorotby S. Kozman - to operate a Day School for six children
between The of 3 and 6 in her own home at 40 Normandy Rd. Peti-
tioner would take the children of working mothers between the hours off
8:00 in the morning and 5:00 in the afternoon, 5 days a week and thatI
she would have an assistant.
Chester W. and Ada H. Johnson - to erect a single family dwellr-
ing on a parcel of land off B or St.
Anthony R. Cataldo - to build an addition 16' x 24', at the rea*
of the present refrigeration room at 703 Mass. Ave.
Roger A. Petrie - to erect a single car garage at 2 Grove St.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dura
ing which the following conclusions were reached:
Dorothy S. Kozman - granted with the following conditions:
' that the children shall be supervised at all times, that the Permit
shall expire November 1, 1951, that any necessary permits from the Cott
mmmealth of Mass. shall be obtained.
Chester W. and Ada H. Johnson - granted
Anthony R. Cataldo - granted
Roger A. Petrie - granted
