A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's'
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, September 28, 1950. At 8:00
p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions:
Gladys C. Nord li�n - to erect a single car garage at 7 Revere
St.., the garage to come within 1116" of the lot line.
Lexington Construction Co. - to erect a sign 7' x 8' for adve*-
tising purposes on the north side of Wood St. on the property of the
Lexington Construction Co., Inc.
Robert M. Co illette - to make an addition 1016" x 17'2+'
to exisMg- i-ouse at 53 Forest st. which addition would come to with�n
10'5" of the lot line.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dux-
ing which teh following decisions were made:
Gladys C. Nordling granted
Lexington Construction Co. - denied
Lexington Construction Co., Inc. - denied
' Robert M. Coquillette - denied
