HomeMy WebLinkAbout1950-09-21 385 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS September 21, 1950 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's ' Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, September 21, 1950. At 8.00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: Walter Elander - to erect a single-family dwelling on Lot #5, Briggs Rd. with a side yard of 13.3 ft. from the easterly lot line. Florence Mancuso - to subdivide lot 222 into three divisions, in accordance with plan submitted. F B. Hubley - to store furniture in barn located on lot a22 Donald K. Irwin - to erect a single family dwelling on lot 5 Lowell St which would not have the required frontage. Ralph S. Carvill - tk combine half of lot #30, lots 31 and 32, Block 20, Bertwell Rd. to make a building lot with a frontage of 75 ft. and an area of approx. 7,500 James A. Graziano - to erect a single family dwelling on lots 340-341, yu Paul Revere Rd. which will be set back 14 ft. from Asbury St. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur-4 ing which the following conclusions were reached Walter Elander - granted Florence Mancuso - denied F.
