At 8.00 a.ma hearings were declared open on the following petitions C. Irving Lohr - to enlarge present single-car garage attached to the existing house into a two-car garage on lots 5 and 6, HFardingrt ing Rd. Myles I. Beers - to erect a single-family dwelling on lot 166 Calvin St. which will not have the side yard required under the Lex. Zoning By-law. James A. Mackay - to erect a garage on lot 5, 1I Somerset Rd. which will not conply with the Lexington Zoning By-law. Harold M White - to erect a single-family dwelling with garage under on lots 20 and 29 in Block 25, Nichols Rd. Edna K. Novenae -to erect a foundation and garage for a single+ family dwelling on tots 27, 28, 29 and part of 26 in Block 15 William* Rd. Francis E. Burke (Estate of Margaret A. McCann) - to subdivide! lot in accordance with the will of Margaret A. McGann, being premises numbered 8 and 10 Cottage St. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur+ ing which the following conclusions were reached: G.
